ordered it sold and $ divided. I'm trying to find a way to keepmy lovely home.
My 82 yr.old aunt, a brain damaged son,

After 31 years of marriage, my husband of 73 decided he wanted a divorce. We had problems
over our youngest daughter,who could do no wrong.
Unknow to me,he had charged thousands of dollars in HIS name! All we have is our paid for house.
According to SC law the judge's hands were tied. All debt belongs to both, no matter who charges it.
Therefore,the house has to be sold and all of his debts paid. Then, I get 1/2, which won't be enough to even buy a trailer!
